You must have Microsoft Office Excel to be able to view and print the documents. The files are WinZip format. I created this feature for anyone having trouble getting the sheets in a timely manner through either fax or in person.
Download the sheet, print it, make your choices, and return it to me.

I'm getting numerous entries with missing picks and/or tie breaker points. Please make sure you have chosen a winner for ALL games and you have filled out the tie breaker score. I can't catch every entry that has a mistake before the games begin. I do try but in the end... you are responsible for the entry you submit.
